SERVICES AVAILABLE
We are available for a host of services, all able to be done contact free if required. No power or water needed from you. These services include jet washing, lawn mowing, hedge cutting, weeding, fitting and repairing fencing and posts. Fitting and repairing decking as well as exterior and interior painting and cleaning. Window and door painting, fence painting, porch and outdoor fixture painting. As well as window cleaning using pole fed window cleaning. We also do painting and decorating, resealing and many other handyman services both inside and outside of your property.
PROPERTY REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
A host of interior and and exterior repairs from changing a light bulb or door handle. Resealing baths, worktops and windows. Hanging pictures and mirrors, tv brackets or bathroom furniture. Jet-washing, pointing brickwork as well as cleaning and fixing gutters.
We can repair holes and cracks in plaster, cover up stains, repair hinges and make flat pack furniture. We can repair sheds, paint decking and fencing. We can also do limited amounts of electrics and plumbing such as tap repairs and replacements, repair leaking sinks as well as change light fixtures and plug faces. SMOKE ALARM FITTING
From Changing batteries to fitting or moving smoke alarms as well as touching up where smoke alarms have previously been removed. In all rented properties there must be at least 1 smoke alarm on every floor.
END OF TENANCY CLEANING
No matter how a property is left after your tenants have vacated we are able to clean up inside and out with all of our services on offer; as well as rubbish clearing, hoovering and mopping or anything else required to get the property ready for your next tenant.
WINDOW CLEANING
Window cleaning using water fed poles and PURE WATER. Cleaning both the glass and frames of your windows and no ladders required; meaning we can get into tighter spots and easier to get to the back of a property with just our pole and water barrels.
DOUBLE GLAZED UNIT REPLACEMENT
We can replace blown, broken or just old double glazed units for new ones. A good alternative to replacing entire widows and frames when there is just a blown unit. We replace with bespoke toughened units that will fit your window.
JET WASHING
We can restore and refresh patios, decking, brickwork, cars and many other surfaces. We can jet wash furniture and conservatives and freshen up any surface, removing algae, mould, dirt and grime; making tired and slippery surfaces like new.

PAINTING AND DECORATING
Painting and Decorating from one wall to full house; including touch ups and woodwork. We also provide external property fix ups, including painting and varnishing.
GUTTER REPAIRS AND CLEANING
We can clean gutters inside and out, often helping damp and overflowing gutters. We can also clean and paint fascia boards giving new lease of life to house exteriors. We can also take a look at leaking, broken or missing gutters.
GARDEN MAINTENANCE, FENCING & DECKING
We mow lawns, clip hedges and clear leaves. We can revitalise overgrown gardens and maintain gardens of all sizes. We also install raised beds often using railway sleepers, along with repairing and replacing fencing with both panels and bespoke featheredge. Also we will repair, replace or build decking in either wood or composite; often including lighting and accommodating to all shapes and sizes to suit your garden.
